Regular maintenance

These photos show a light film, sand or surface dust. Cleaning is generally carried out with pure water.

Non-regular cleaning

These photos show visible deposits, accumulated marks or dirt requiring more thorough cleaning than a simple water rinse.

HEAVILY SOILED

Deep cleaning

These photos show heavy or ingrained dirt. A suitable product may be required depending on the contamination.

What is the access like?

This choice directly affects the calculation shown at the next step.

Very easy access receives a strong reduction, a flat roof a clear reduction, standard is the reference and difficult access is increased / subject to approval.

Keeping panels in R = better price

Regular cleaning limits build-up and helps prevent a move to NR or NRC. The discount applies to cleaning; travel remains calculated according to the municipality.

BOOKING

Booking deposit: 65 €

Selected distance band: 0–20 km

The deposit is determined according to the distance from Stef Cleaning’s reference area. It can never exceed the estimated intervention amount and is deducted in full from the final amount.

The price displayed when booking is an estimate based on the information supplied by the customer.

Date subject to approval
The selected date is a preferred appointment date and must be confirmed by Stef Cleaning. Paying the deposit does not definitively guarantee this time slot. The date may be adjusted depending on weather, safety or service conditions. If a change is needed, a new date will be agreed with you.
Adapted hours
In summer, R remains possible over a wider time range. For NR, morning slots are preferred because products dry faster on hot panels. NRC is not offered during peak summer / high heat. Outside summer, services can be planned between 08:00 and 16:00.

Booking processing: this request will be saved in the Stef Cleaning system. Until payment is confirmed by Mollie, no time slot is blocked. After payment, the time slot is held pending confirmation by Stef Cleaning.
