Version dated 2 September 2026

Stef Cleaning - Stefan Delaet - Grand'Route 52B, 1435 Mont-Saint-Guibert, Belgium - Company no. 0751.850.958 - VAT BE0751850958 - stef@stefcleaning.be - +32 491 87 14 06

1. Scope

These terms apply to photovoltaic solar panel cleaning and maintenance services provided by Stef Cleaning to consumers and professional customers, subject to any mandatory legal provisions.

2. Nature of the service

The service covers cleaning accessible solar panel surfaces under normal safety conditions. It is not an electrical inspection, roof watertightness diagnosis, repair of the roof, panels, mounting system or wiring, nor a guarantee of energy performance.

3. Information supplied by the customer

The customer must provide information that is as accurate as possible concerning the number and condition of panels, access, the worksite address and any particular difficulty. Before the intervention, the customer must report known fragility, leaks, damage, recent works, known asbestos, unusual electrical installations or any other known risk.

4. Estimate and price adjustment

Prices shown during booking are based on the information supplied by the customer. A significant difference found on site may result in a price adjustment before work begins. Any significant change will be explained to the customer beforehand.

5. Booking and deposit

Payment of the deposit through Mollie records the booking request. The appointment becomes final after confirmation by Stef Cleaning. If the requested slot cannot be maintained or a difficulty arises, Stef Cleaning may propose another slot.

6. Acceptance of these terms

Before payment, the customer must confirm that these terms have been read and accepted. Stef Cleaning may keep a record of the date and time of acceptance and the version accepted.

7. Confirmation and rescheduling

The appointment is final once confirmed by Stef Cleaning. A change may be requested by the customer or proposed by Stef Cleaning, particularly because of scheduling, weather, safety or worksite conditions.

8. Cancellation

The customer may request cancellation by contacting Stef Cleaning. Where costs have already been incurred or performance has begun, costs actually incurred may be deducted from sums to be refunded, within the limits permitted by applicable law.

9. Consumer right of withdrawal

When a consumer concludes the contract at a distance, a statutory 14-calendar-day withdrawal period applies in principle, unless a legal exception applies. If the consumer expressly requests that performance begin before the end of that period, the consumer acknowledges having been informed of the legal consequences, including proportionate payment for services already performed if withdrawal occurs after performance has started.

10. Weather and safety

Stef Cleaning may postpone, interrupt or refuse an intervention when weather, roof condition, access or another circumstance creates a reasonable risk to people, installations or the quality of the work. The customer cannot require work to continue where Stef Cleaning considers it unsafe.

11. Worksite access

The customer must provide reasonable access to the intervention area and report particular obstacles or difficulties. If actual access differs significantly from what was stated, Stef Cleaning may propose a different method, adjusted price or postponement.

12. Protection of the roof and installations

Stef Cleaning will act with the care normally expected of a professional and take reasonable precautions to protect panels, frames, mounting components, visible cables, tiles, slates, roof coverings, gutters, roof windows and visible waterproofing elements.

13. Pre-existing defects, wear and fragility

An intervention may reveal pre-existing defects such as cracked tiles, fragile slates, ageing seals, leaks, loose fixings, damaged cables, deteriorated frames, cracked panels or corrosion. Stef Cleaning is not liable for the mere discovery or unavoidable worsening of a pre-existing defect where the intervention was carried out with normal professional care. This does not exclude liability for damage directly caused by a fault attributable to Stef Cleaning.

14. Damaged or non-compliant installation

Stef Cleaning may refuse to work on any element appearing damaged, unstable, unusually fragile or dangerous. Safety and protection of the installation take priority over full completion of the service.

15. Cleaning result

Some marks or defects may remain where they are not removable dirt, including scratches, permanent glass damage, corrosion, discolouration or other permanent damage. No specific increase in electricity production is guaranteed.

16. Techniques and products

Stef Cleaning determines the appropriate method according to panel condition and worksite circumstances. If a specific treatment is required because actual soiling differs significantly from what was declared, a change in method or price may be proposed before work begins.

17. Liability

Stef Cleaning is liable for direct damage for which it is legally responsible and which results from a proven fault in performing the service. It is not liable for damage resulting exclusively from a pre-existing defect, normal wear, a defective or non-compliant installation, important information not disclosed by the customer, or a reasonably unforeseeable external event outside its control.

18. Customer obligations

The customer must provide necessary information, disclose known risks or defects, allow access to the worksite and take reasonable measures regarding animals or obstacles present on site.

19. Force majeure and external circumstances

If performance is temporarily prevented by an external circumstance reasonably outside the parties' control, priority will be given to rescheduling the service.

20. Complaints

Any complaint should be reported to Stef Cleaning as soon as reasonably possible, preferably in writing and with the booking reference. The parties will first seek an amicable solution.

21. Consumer mediation

After first submitting a complaint to Stef Cleaning, a consumer may, subject to the applicable conditions, contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service.

22. Personal data

Data collected is used to process the booking, payment, organisation of the intervention, communications and administrative and legal obligations. Further details are provided in the website privacy policy.

23. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protection to which they are entitled.

24. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected to the extent permitted by law.
